Transport, installation, and commissioning are provided free of charge.

Delivery will be made within 60 working days from the firm order and advance payment date.

We also offer an urgent delivery service by air, within 30 working days from the payment date. Additional fees apply based on the size and weight of the product.

If a product is in stock, it can be delivered within 48 hours.

Why 60 working days?

Once the order is confirmed and customized, the medical unit will go through the manufacturing and production process, which can take approximately 3 weeks.

Once the manufacturing process is complete, it will be transported to us. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, transportation of any kind has undergone several changes and delays that we cannot control, regardless of our efforts.

The customer will be informed about the order status upon request.
